Interest on refund applies when appellate admission payments are returned, running from payment date until refund.

If an amount paid by an appellant for admission of an appeal is refunded pursuant to an order of the Appellate Authority or Appellate Tribunal, interest at the statutory rate applies from the date of payment until the date of refund.
