Administrative delegation of tribunal powers: State President may exercise and delegate financial and administrative authority subject to supervision.

The State President is vested with financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal as may be prescribed, and may delegate such powers to another Member or officer, provided the delegate exercises them under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
