A right of final appellate review is provided from orders of the National or Regional Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and from High Court judgments certified as fit for further appeal; procedural rules of the Code of Civil Procedure governing appeals to the apex court apply insofar as practicable, and orders varying or reversing High Court judgments must be given effect as prescribed.
