GST compliance rating enables government to assign and publish taxpayer compliance scores subject to prescribed parameters and updates.

Every registered person may be assigned a goods and services tax compliance rating score by the Government based on the person's record of compliance with this Act; the score is to be determined using prescribed parameters; it may be updated at periodic intervals and the Government shall intimate the updated score to the registered person and place it in the public domain in the manner prescribed.
