Liability of guardians and trustees: representatives can be charged for tax, interest and penalty arising from business activity.

A guardian, trustee or agent who carries on a business for a minor or other incapacitated person is liable for any tax, interest or penalty arising under the Act; such amounts shall be levied upon and recoverable from that representative in the same manner and to the same extent as they would be from the minor or incapacitated person if they were a major or capacitated person, and all provisions of the Act and its rules apply accordingly.
