A liquidator in a Tribunal winding up and an LLP liquidator in a voluntary winding up must furnish a Statement of payment when making any payment of unclaimed distributable sums or undistributed assets into the LLPs Liquidation Account in the Reserve Bank of India or a designated bank; the Statement is to be in Form No.91.
