Vesting of disclaimed leasehold interests: orders may impose lessee liabilities or exclude non acceptance by tribunal.

The Tribunal may order vesting or delivery of disclaimed property to entitled persons without conveyance; leasehold disclaimers require vesting orders to make claimants under the LLP subject to the LLP's lease liabilities either as at winding up or as if assigned at that date, with refusal to accept such terms resulting in exclusion from interest and potential vesting in other persons liable to perform the lessee's covenants, and injured persons deemed creditors entitled to prove compensation in the winding up.
