Proofs and list of creditors: liquidator must file a certificate and endorsed proofs in tribunal following proof of debts.

In winding up by the Tribunal, the liquidator must file a statutory certificate in the prescribed form containing a list of creditors who proved claims, stating amounts claimed and distinguishing proofs admitted wholly, admitted or rejected in part, and wholly rejected; the proofs with an endorsed memorandum of admission or rejection must be filed in the Tribunal along with the certificate.
