Consideration of liquidator's report: Tribunal may order examinations and issue directions following report review.

Consideration of a liquidator's report must be placed before a Member in Chambers with the liquidator attending to provide further information; the Tribunal may make orders and give directions including examinations of designated partners, partners and past or present officers and employees. Where the report alleges fraud by partners, designated partners, officers or employees, the Registrar must fix and notify a date for the Member's consideration and inform the liquidator.
