LLP winding-up applications let liquidators, partners or creditors seek stays or set aside attachments during winding up.

Rule 23 permits an LLP liquidator, partner or creditor to apply to the Tribunal to determine winding-up questions or to seek enforcement, stay or other powers, and to apply for setting aside attachments, distress or execution against the LLP after winding up commences; the Tribunal may grant relief on terms it sees fit, and any order staying proceedings must be filed in Form No. 11 with the Registrar within thirty days excluding time to obtain a certified copy.
