Shorthand notes may be ordered to record examinations; reporter nominated, costs charged to LLP assets, transcript read and signed.

Tribunal may order evidence in examinations to be taken down in shorthand; the examining member or officer shall nominate a person to take the evidence, with costs paid out of the LLP's assets; the shorthand notes must be transcribed, read over to or by the person examined, and signed by them.
