Inherent powers preserved: Tribunal may order measures necessary to secure ends of justice and prevent abuse of process.

Rule 73 preserves the inherent powers of the Tribunal notwithstanding the LLP (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010, authorising the Tribunal to make orders necessary to secure the ends of justice and to prevent abuse of its process, thus maintaining a residual capacity to address procedural gaps or misuse and to grant incidental measures required for fair adjudication.
