Expunging of proofs: right to apply to tribunal to expunge or reduce admitted proofs after notice.

Rule 158 permits the Liquidator, on notice to the creditor, to apply to the Tribunal to expunge or reduce a proof improperly admitted or admitted by mistake. If the Liquidator declines to apply, any creditor or partner may apply to the Tribunal, which may pass such orders as it thinks just.
