Proofs and list of creditors: Liquidator must file certified creditor list and endorsed proofs with the Tribunal.

In a winding up by the Tribunal, the Liquidator must file a certificate in Form No.49 listing creditors who proved claims, stating amounts claimed and distinguishing proofs admitted wholly, admitted or rejected in part, and wholly rejected, and must file the proofs with memoranda of admission or rejection endorsed thereon.
