Costs of Provisional Liquidator payable from LLP assets subject to Tribunal order under applicable fee scale.

Subject to any order of the Tribunal, all costs, charges and expenses properly incurred by the Liquidator as Provisional Liquidator, including sums payable to the Central Government under the prevailing scale of fees where the Official Liquidator acts as Provisional Liquidator of the LLP, shall be paid out of the assets of the LLP.
