Rule 72 provides that, except where the Act or the LLP (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules expressly vary, the provisions of the Code apply to all proceedings under the Act and these Rules, making the Code the default procedural framework for LLP winding-up and dissolution while preserving any express exceptions in the Act or these Rules.
