Tribunal jurisdiction extends to suits, claims and revival schemes related to LLP winding up at all stages.

The Tribunal has overriding jurisdiction to entertain and dispose of suits, proceedings and claims by or against a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), including branch claims, statutory applications related to winding up, and schemes for revival or rehabilitation. It also covers any question of priority or other questions of law or fact arising in the course of winding up, regardless of whether such matters arise before, during or after the winding up petition or order.
