Expenses of sale: gross proceeds paid to the liquidator; sale charges payable to auctioneer as Tribunal-approved.

Where LLP property is sold by the liquidator through an auctioneer or agent, the gross proceeds shall be paid to the liquidator by that auctioneer or agent, and the charges and expenses of the sale shall subsequently be paid to the auctioneer or agent in accordance with scales fixed or approved by the Tribunal, unless the Tribunal orders otherwise.
