Form No. 56 requires officers of an LLP to attend a specified meeting of creditors or partners and to provide such information as the meeting may require; the notice must identify the LLP petition number, state the day, date, time and place of the meeting, be dated and signed by the liquidator, and thereby formalise the attendance and information obligations of LLP officers in winding up proceedings.
