Service of summons requires advance notice and tender of reasonable expenses when the summons is served in person.

Summons for examination must be issued in the prescribed form and served at least seven days before the examination. Personal service requires payment or tender of a reasonable expense sum fixed by the Member or Registrar with regard to the Tribunal's fee scale. If served by registered or speed post, that expense sum must be sent to the person by some other means.
