LLP liquidator duty to furnish winding-up statement; failure permits application to tribunal for directions under rules.

When an LLP was being wound up voluntarily before a Tribunal winding-up order, the Liquidator may require prior LLP liquidator(s) to furnish, within the time fixed by him, a statement setting out how the winding up was conducted, how the assets were dealt with, and the position of the liquidation on the date of the Tribunal order; failure to furnish permits the Liquidator to apply to the Tribunal for directions.
