Winding-up order must be drawn, sealed and sent to the liquidator, who must serve the LLP by registered post or courier.

The Registrar must immediately draw, sign and seal the winding-up order in the prescribed form and send two certified sealed copies to the Liquidator. Unless the LLP is the petitioner, the Liquidator shall cause a sealed copy to be served on the LLP by prepaid registered post or empanelled courier at its registered office or, if none, at its principal or last known principal place of business, or in such other manner as the Tribunal directs.
