Deposition confidentiality: notes of examined persons are limited to the Liquidator and disclosed only by Tribunal order.

Rule 215 requires the examined person to sign the deposition notice and for the notes to be lodged with the Registrar of the Tribunal, while imposing confidentiality by restricting inspection and supply of copies or extracts to the Liquidator or by Tribunal order; the Tribunal may direct custody, inspection and furnishing of copies or extracts.
