Notice to LLP officers requires advance meeting notice; failure to attend or to answer interrogatories may be reported to the Tribunal.

In a Tribunal winding up the Liquidator must give each LLP officer he considers should attend a creditors' meeting advance notice by personal delivery, registered or speed post, or other prescribed modes, using Form No.56. Officers who receive notice must attend if required; the Liquidator may report failures to attend to the Tribunal. Alternatively the Liquidator may require officers to answer interrogatories or furnish written information, and must report any failure to respond to the Tribunal.
