Notice to partners: Liquidator must notify contribution and inform of right to apply to Tribunal within prescribed period.

After filing the settled list of partners, the Liquidator must give each listed person notice of their contribution and inform them that any application to remove or vary their name must be made to the Tribunal within the prescribed period; the notice must be in Form No. 53 and sent by certificate of posting, registered post, or another mode authorised by rule 15 to the address shown on the settled list.
