Decree Register prescribed for liquidation proceedings enables liquidators to record and monitor realization of decrees.

A prescribed Decree Register under sub rule (1) of rule 251 records decrees in favour of an LLP during liquidation, with fields for LLP name, judgment debtor, amount decreed, date of decree, action taken, amount realized, date of realization and remarks. The register is common to all liquidations and requires the Liquidator to keep watch on progress of realization of decrees in his charge.
