Application of meeting procedures governs tribunal, liquidator and voluntary liquidation meetings, subject to tribunal directions.

The rule prescribes that, unless the subject matter or context requires otherwise, a uniform set of procedures applies to Tribunal meetings, Liquidator's meetings of creditors or partners and voluntary liquidation meetings; in the case of Tribunal meetings those procedures apply only subject to any directions given by the Tribunal.
