LLP dissolution voidance permits revival on application and requires Registrar filing of the certified order within prescribed time.

The Tribunal may declare an LLP's dissolution void on application by the LLP Liquidator, Liquidator of the LLP, or any interested person within a limited period, subject to terms as the Tribunal thinks fit, and thereafter proceedings may be taken as if the LLP had not been dissolved. The applicant must file a certified copy of the order with the Registrar in the prescribed form within the prescribed period, excluding time taken to obtain the certified copy, for registration.
