Notice convening final meeting must use prescribed form and Liquidator must lay winding-up accounts accordingly.

Rule 291 requires that the notice convening the final meeting of the LLP and its creditors in a voluntary winding-up be in the prescribed form, and that the accounts of the winding up to be laid by the LLP Liquidator before that meeting or meetings be presented in the prescribed accounts form.
