Rule 168 empowers the liquidator in a Tribunal winding up to summon and conduct meetings of creditors or partners to ascertain their wishes on winding up, subject to procedural rules and the control of the Tribunal, and empowers the LLP liquidator in a voluntary winding up to summon creditor meetings, defined as voluntary liquidation meetings that include those required by the Act or rules and meetings convened by creditors.
