Appeals procedure: statutory appeals adopt civil procedure rules, costs discretionary, and appellate orders must be implemented.

Appeals to the Supreme Court under the Bill are to follow the Code of Civil Procedure appellate procedure so far as practicable; costs of appeal are at the Supreme Court's discretion; and where a lower appellate judgment is varied or reversed the Supreme Court's order must be given effect in the prescribed manner under the Bill.
