Conveyance facilities entitlement: Chairperson aligned to serving judges' scale; Members aligned to Group A officers' scale.

The Chairperson is entitled to conveyance facilities as admissible to a serving Judge of the Supreme Court or Chief Justice of a High Court. A Member is entitled to conveyance facilities as are admissible to a Group A officer of the Central Government or State Government drawing an equivalent pay. A prior provision granting fixed reimbursement for personal car use between residence and office was substituted by this equivalence-based entitlement.
