Remuneration parity for tribunal chairperson - entitlements mirror judicial pay and allowances, subject to pension offsets.

Chairperson appointed from the Supreme Court or as a Chief Justice of a High Court is entitled to salary, allowances and benefits equivalent to those of the serving judicial office at the Tribunal's Headquarter station. The Chairperson's pay is reduced by the gross amount of any pension, employer contribution to the Contributory Provident Fund or other retirement benefits drawn or payable to the retired appointee, excepting pension equivalent of gratuity.
