Advance ruling procedure: application must include a prescribed fee and timing extends until pronouncement of the ruling.

Finance Act, 2022 amends section 28H of the Customs Act by requiring applications to be accompanied by a fee, omitting sub section (3), and substituting the time limit in sub section (4) so actions may be taken at any time before an advance ruling is pronounced rather than within thirty days of the application.
