Dispute Resolution Committee directions require Assessing Officer to conform with committee order and pass or modify assessment promptly.

Assessing Officer must give effect to Dispute Resolution Committee orders: where a draft proposed assessment is issued, pass an assessment, reassessment or recomputation; otherwise modify the assessment, reassessment or recomputation in conformity with the Committee's directions within a short statutory period from the end of the month in which the order is received.
