Amendment expands Rule making powers under section 79 to prescribe requirements for higher contributions and class specific terms, prior consent form for designated partners, name allotment procedures, accounting and auditing standards, Registrars' powers and service terms, differentiated filing fees, forms and fees for appeals, appointment and procedures for adjudicating officers, and a residual clause for any other matters to be prescribed.
