A. Review of exemptions/concessional rates of BCD prescribed in notification No. 45/2025-Customs dated 24.10.2025:

A comprehensive review has been undertaken in respect of 124 conditional exemptions/concessional duty rate entries in notification No. 45/2025-Customs dated 24.10.2025 whose validity is expiring on 31.03.2026.
