....House Agents and all other concerned that new agreement titled "Agreement on Trade, Commerce, and Transit between the Government of The Republic of India and The Royal Government of Bhutan" has come into force with effect from 12.11.2016, and shall remain in force for a period of 10 years. 2. ....e to be followed at LCS of exit to Bhutan a) On arrival of the goods at LCS on the Indo-Bhutan border, the Customs officer shall scan the RFID seal with the RFID seal reader/scanner provided by the Authorized RFID seal vendor. If the seal is found intact the container may be allowed to exit India and enter Bhutan. b) However, in case of tampering of seal is noticed, the goods may be subjected to further examination. If the cargo is in accordance with LOG and the data received by e-office from the Superintendents of Customs at Docks/CFS, Kolkata, the same shall be allowed to exit India and enter Bhutan.
