The first legal ground raised by the assessee is that the order passed in the name of the non-existent person is void ab initio and bad in law. Placing reliance on the judgment of the PCIT v. Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. reported in (2019) 416 ITR 613 (SC), it is claimed before us that the ld.
