....Non-compliance with provisions of the Goods and Services Tax Act, specifically Section 74(1) of the Central/Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, was raised regarding the illegality in issuance of notice. The court held that there were no grounds to entertain the writ petition on the stated illegality, as an explanation was sought for the discrepancy, and the assessee's reply was found unsatisfactory.
