....appellants primarily contended that Section 120-B of the IPC, in isolation, does not constitute a scheduled offence under the PMLA and, therefore, cannot serve as the sole basis for an investigation by the Directorate of Enforcement under the PMLA. The High Court, vide the impugned judgment, has held that Section 120-B IPC is a standalone scheduled offence on the basis of which provisions of PMLA can be invoked. 4. While issuing notice in these matters, this Court passed an interim direction on 15.10.2019 to the effect that no coercive action shall be taken against the appellants. 5.
