A.R for the assessee that this issue has been consistently held in favour of the assessee by Pune Tribunal in assessee"s own case starting from A.Y. 2011-12 in ITA N. 784/PUN/2015 which was followed for A.Y. 2017-18 also and the assessee was provided relief.
