....resent appeal by 1058 days. The order of the ld. CIT(A) was served on appellant on 12.04.2019. The appeal is required to be filed on or before 11.06.2019. However, the appeal was filed on 19.03.2022. The delay period from 15.03.2020 to 28.03.2022 was covered by the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Cognizance for Extension of Limitation, In re (2022) 441 ITR 722 (SC) dated 10.01.2022, wherein, the limitation prescribed by various statutes was suo motu extended on account of difficulties faced by the citizens of the country on account of Pandemic Covid-19.
