....es exist for acceding to the dissolution prayer. These reasonable circumstances are as alluded to/delineated supra. This takes this order back to the seven limbed prayer in the captioned company application. This Company Court finds no justification to accede to limb (d). The reason interalia is the principle ingrained in Section 555 of said Act. Section 555 of said Act provides for undistributed assets in the hands of the liquidator to be paid into a Public Account of India in the Reserve Bank of India. To be noted, such a prayer is contained in limb (e).
