It is submitted that the order of liquidation of Delicious Coco Water Private Limited under Section 33 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 was passed on 31.05.19 and Mr. Kishan Gopal Somani (Respondent) was confirmed as the Liquidator for Corporate Debtor. ii.
