As per the findings of the AO, the assessee has not carried out any business activity and has deposited cash in his bank account. While, allowing the assessee's, the CIT(A), inter-alia, observed as under: "7.13 Further, the AD has not brought any other material including bank accounts held in the name of the assessee in which the said amounts have been deposited.
