....ed from the Chinese Taipei, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the 'subject countries'), and imported into India, the designated authority in its final findings published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, vide notification No. 14/21/2014-DGAD dated the 10th March, 2016, has come to the conclusion that - (a) there is dumping of the subject goods from the subject countries; (b) dumped imports are causing injury to the domestic industry, and has recommended imposition of the anti-dumping duty on the subject goods, originating in or exported from the subject countries.
