For the concerned asst. year, return of income was filed on 31.10.2007 declaring NIL income after claiming deduction u/s 80-P(2)(a)(i) amounting to Rs.37,73,700/-. The assessment was selected for scrutiny by issuance of notice u/s 143(2) of the Act.
