....e premises of assessee was undertaken under Section 133-A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Return was filed by the assessee declaring the income of Rs.83,157/- on 21.3.2002. The case was taken up for scrutiny and the assessing authority concluded the assessment under Section 143(3) and a total income of Rs.9,64,940/- was found. Subsequently on rectification being undertaken under Section 154 on 14.2.2005 the correct income was determined at Rs.15,88,504/-.
