(6) No order shall be made under sub-regulation (5) in relation to an order passed by Commissioner of Customs under sub-regulation (3) or sub-regulation (1), as the case may be, after the expiry of one year from the date on which such order was passed by the Commissioner of Customs. 10. ....avour of a firm or a company has ceased to be in force because of the death or retirement of the person referred to in clause (b) of sub-regulations (2) and (3) of regulation 5, as the case may be, the firm or the company may apply for replacement of the name of the demised person by the name of a partner, director or employee who has passed the examination referred to in regulation 8 in accordance with sub-regulation (8) of regulation 8. Employment of persons. — (1) A Customs House Agent may, having regard to the volume of business transacted by him, employ any number of persons toassist him.
